If you first created your SmarterQueue account by logging in with a Social Profile and would now like to set up a password, please follow the steps below!
If you've already got a SmarterQueue password and would like to reset it, then please follow the slightly different steps in this article: How To Change Your Password
Note: You'll need a SmarterQueue password to log in to our Mobile App.
In the upper right-hand corner of your SmarterQueue account, click on the cog menu (⚙️) and navigate to your 'Settings'
Select 'Login Security'
Select 'Set a Password' - You’ll then be prompted to add a password and confirm it by entering a second time
To save your new password, click 'Add Password' - You'll now be able to log into the SmarterQueue Desktop and Mobile Apps using your email and new password 🎉
