How To Change The Name & Email Address Connected To Your SmarterQueue Account

You can change the name and email address connected to your SmarterQueue account at any time – This could be useful if, for example, you hand over your account to someone new. 💪 

  • In the top right-hand corner of your SmarterQueue dashboard, open the cog menu (⚙️) and select 'Settings'
  • Choose 'Email Preferences' in the left-hand menu on the next screen

  • Here you can change your First Name and Email Address in the relevant fields - your settings will be automatically saved

Note: Ensure you have access and can receive emails at your new email address, as important notifications about your account will be sent there.
