How To Change The Email Address Connected To Your SmarterQueue Account
You can change the email address connected to your SmarterQueue account at any time – This could be useful if, for example, you hand over your account to someone new.
- In the top right-hand corner of your SmarterQueue dashboard, open the cog menu (⚙️) and select 'Settings'
- On the left-hand side, navigate to 'Email Preferences'
- Enter your new email into the 'Email Address' section - your settings will be automatically saved
Note: Ensure you have access and can receive emails at your new email address, as important notifications about your account will be sent there.
