Can I Pause My Subscription?

Then you can pause your subscription at the end of your paid month/year. 💪

Simply reach out to us by clicking on the 'Contact Us' button, either here, within the Help Center, or from within your SmarterQueue account.

The 'Contact Us' button in the Help Center will ask you to fill in a form with your name, email address and how we can help:

Note: Make sure to tell us that you'd like to pause your account and the date you want to restart your paid subscription! 

If you click on the 'Contact Us' option from within your SmarterQueue account, you'll see an option to send us a quick email, or we might even be available on live chat 😊
