How To Pay With PayPal

On the SmarterQueue checkout form, click the link above the credit card form, for those who don’t have a credit or debit card, or wish to pay with American Express:

The checkout page will reload, with a PayPal option. Click the PayPal option, then click PayPal Checkout - this will open a PayPal popup, where you will need to log into your PayPal account.

Once logged into PayPal, it will show your available payment sources within PayPal.

Be aware that it won't show you the option to select your PayPal balance for payment. You'll have to select your bank account or credit card.

Once you've selected a payment source, you should see this popup, where the long paragraph of text will confirm that "I understand that if I have a PayPal balance, that balance will be used first [...]".

If it doesn't state that your PayPal balance will be used first, you may need to log into your PayPal account, view your "Wallet", and make sure that "PayPal balance" is set as "Preferred" for paying online.

You should also make sure that you have sufficient balance in your PayPal account to cover your ongoing subscription costs, otherwise, it will use your backup payment method (bank account or credit card).

Press "Agree & Continue" at the bottom of the popup, which will bring you back to the SmarterQueue checkout form.

Click the "Checkout" button at the bottom of the page to complete the payment – the funds will be taken from your PayPal balance.
