My Social Profile Icons All Look The Same

If all of your Social Profile icons look the same because of similar images, then you may have trouble selecting the correct profile when planning and scheduling your content!

Currently, the best solution is to hover over the icons to confirm that you are selecting the correct Social Profile:

Note: If you've noticed that your Instagram Profile is showing a generic profile icon, this is likely because it is a Personal Instagram Profile. If you'd like the profile picture to populate and to see more in-depth analytics for your Instagram Profile, then you'll need to convert your Personal Profile to a Business Profile and connect it via a Facebook Page. 💪
