Using SmarterQueue On Your iOS Mobile Device

Download our iOS app, which lets you access most of SmarterQueue's functionality from your iPhone or iPad using an interface that is optimized for your mobile device. You can also use the app to publish Instagram posts, and share links while browsing.
Note: SmarterQueue can also be accessed on your Mobile Browser, which will display your account similarly to how you see it on your computer.

Create And Edit Posts
You can easily create a post on your iOS mobile device, both using the SmarterQueue Mobile App as well as your Mobile Browser.
For the SmarterQueue Mobile App, simply follow the steps below to Create a Post:
- Once you are logged in, click on Create A Post.
Note: The Mobile Browser interface is going to be similar to what you see in the web version, so all you need to do is click on Create a Post and you should be good to go.
- This is going to take you to the Post Editor. Once here, select the Category and Social Profile(s) you want to publish the post on.
- Add your content to the post and select the Post Timing options.
- Before saving, you can click on Preview and see what the post will look like when published.
- Then go back to Edit Post and hit SAVE πͺ
Note: You can also create a post while browsing on your iOS device without having to manually copy the links.
Manage Your Queue
Your post has now been successfully scheduled! π You can view it in the Mobile App if you head over to your Queue. You can easily find and edit posts inside the Queue should you need to make any changes.
You will also be able to see all the content waiting to be published in your SmarterQueue account.
π‘Tip: Use the filters on the left-hand side to look for your newly added post or check for content under specific Categories, Social Profiles, Post, or Content type.
View Analytics And Reports
You can also use the SmarterQueue Mobile App to view Analytics and Reports for both your Social Profiles as well as those belonging to your competitors.
With the help of Analytics, you can identify which posts are doing well for you, as well as the ones that need some love.
Manage Profiles And Categories
You can easily manage all your Social Profiles and Categories through the SmarterQueue Mobile App as well as on a browser on your phone.
Inside Profiles, you can connect new Social Profiles, Re-connect the existing ones, or delete them from your SmarterQueue account.
And if you head over to Categories in your SmarterQueue Mobile App, you can easily add new Categories, edit existing ones, or delete them.
Reply To Inbox Messages
You don't need to be sitting at your computer to interact with your followers within your Social Profiles. With the help of the SmarterQueue Mobile App, you can easily respond to messages received on your Facebook and Twitter profiles on the go.
You can also add new Social Profiles to Social Inbox from within the SmarterQueue Mobile App as well as delete the existing ones.
Manage Your Account And Settings
The SmarterQueue Mobile App allows you to update anything from your general settings to pausing options for the Queue or upgrading your subscription to a higher plan.

Manage Notifications For Your Instagram Posts
Some of your Instagram posts might need to be published via the notification workflow and the SmarterQueue mobile app.
Simply open the app to view the push notifications for these Instagram posts.
If you miss a reminder and still want to share the post, tap on the notification to begin publishing to Instagram!
You can mark posts that have already gone out as "Done" and remove them from your notification list. This is easily achieved by swiping left on the post preview to clear them from your view π
