Facebook Error: User Permissions
This message is generated when the current Facebook user's permissions for the page are not set high enough to post to the group.
To Resolve
- Go into the admin settings of the Business Page, and ensure that the Facebook profile that is connected to your SmarterQueue account has a moderator or higher as their page role.
- If Two-Factor Authentication is turned on for the Business Page, you will need to authenticate this profile as well.
- Once this step has been completed, please reconnect the Facebook Pages and you should be able to post successfully.
