Facebook Error: User Permissions

This message is generated when the current Facebook user's permissions for the page are not set high enough to post to the group. 

To Resolve

  1. Go into the admin settings of the Business Page, and ensure that the Facebook profile that is connected to your SmarterQueue account has a moderator or higher as their page role. 
  2. If Two-Factor Authentication is turned on for the Business Page, you will need to authenticate this profile as well.
  3. Once this step has been completed, please reconnect the Facebook Pages and you should be able to post successfully.
