How Do I Renew My Subscription?
When the time comes to renew your subscription, we make it as easy as possible for you!
Renewals are automatic - whether monthly or yearly, depending on your subscription. Once you enter your payment information, we will handle all future renewals unless you tell us otherwise.
Your payment method will be re-billed automatically, monthly or yearly, on the same date you signed up for your SmarterQueue subscription.
You always have the option to alter your Plan by upgrading, downgrading, or adding on Custom Features allowing you to build the best Plan for you!
If for any reason, your payment is not made, we will notify you via the email connected to your SmarterQueue subscription.
We will give you an explanation as to why, and give you a 7 day grace period fix the issue/take action to complete the payment.
