Changes to Facebook Groups Publishing

Facebook unexpectedly decided to remove Groups API access, preventing any third-party tools, including SmarterQueue, from interacting with your Facebook Groups. After April 22nd, 2024, SmarterQueue will no longer be able to publish directly to groups you manage. You can still schedule posts for these groups, but will receive email notifications for easy manual posting instead. You may also wish to consider transitioning to a Facebook Page for better engagement.

  1. Navigate to "Create a Post" in the top left of your SmarterQueue dashboard, pick your Category, and select the social profile(s) you'd like to create content.
  2. Create captions from scratch using one of SmarterQueue's many existing prompts, or come up with your own prompt for tailored results!
  3. Use the AI Caption Writer to rewrite and improve existing captions with different tones, specific purposes, and perfectly fitting hashtags and emojis, or even generate variations to select from.
  4. Create multiple variations for the same post by choosing up to 20 results at once. This will keep your Evergreen content fresh for longer, and even help you A/B test your variations to learn what drives engagement.
