How Do I Schedule A Post Monthly?
Sometimes you create stellar content that is time-sensitive. When working on posts for specific campaigns and events, you might need to send them out specifically once a month.
If you're encountering this scheduling need, then take a look at a couple of ways you can achieve this with SmarterQueue 🎉

Method 1: Use Recurring Posts
💡 If your content needs to be published once a month, but not on a specific date, this is the best method!
1. Create the post you'd like to set to repeat monthly inside the Post Editor.
2. Make sure to select 'Recurring' under 'Post Timing'.
3. This will bring up options that will allow you to select an initial time and date when the post will be published for the first time, as well as how often this post should repeat: daily, weekly, or annually.
The best way to set this up would be to have the post repeat once every 30 days (or even once every 4-5 weeks).
This way you will ensure that the post repeats every month without having to take additional steps.
Note: If you need to adjust the date of the post in the future, you can always edit the post.
Method 2: Schedule Multiple Monthly Dates In Advance
💡 If your posts need to repeat every month on a specific date, this is the best method!
1. Create the post you'd like to set to repeat monthly inside the Post Editor.
2. Make sure to select 'Schedule' under 'Post Timing'.
3. Adjust the date then select 'Add another date' to add more dates and time fields to schedule your post the following months.
You can edit each new date for the same day the following month.
This way you will ensure that the post repeats every month on the exact same date.
💡 Make sure to select 'Don't Recycle' under 'Evergreen Post Recycling', as posts set to recycle will start going out based on the Timeslots in your Posting Plan once all the manually scheduled dates/times have been fulfiled.
Note: If you need to add additional dates for the post to be published in the future, you can always edit the post.
